the best lunch prepared by them=)yummy yummy!!

after lunch, we had an hour's break, and it was evaluation and refreshment of what we have been doing fro the past 2 days.so at 3pm, back to rows, and warm up, jogging etc..then we refreshed back footwork, and then divided into level 1,2 and 3 like the days before. in our own group, we refreshed back what they taught us, to see if we understood what we learnt.madam kamisah was in charge of level 3=)yeah so we did back everything we did days before , but of course, one by one, and i had to get the hardest, jet backtrust, jumping backthrust..sigh. but luckily not reverse.muahahahhaahah..=P

then we had class where we sit and listen to our instructor tell us what is this and that...it was ok..ours was quite interesting.as in learning the proper diet when your in competition, the cycle, the nutrients needed in our body.and during that time, we really had lots of fun, you know why?because of aaron and joshua.. all of us were laughing..the funniest was when madam asked us what is aerobics?and yee mun very confidently said aerobics is taekwondo with kicks..so funny, then madam said no, and yee mun can argue and say yesss, taekwondo with kicks is taerobics,,anddd thr funniest was when madam said no again, then xiang said :taerobics itu pasang music menari-nari"that was the funniest joke.we laughed so much yuo know. then got la, yee mun's coconut, and the "throw-throw"action by aaron.aiyooo!!!!!!funny la.those two guys very funny.so ok serious picture while we were listening to madam talk







this was the last training fro the camp.yohooooo!!!!!!now is fun time.=)we went back to our room and xiang gave me yau and madam kamisah a good massage.shes good la.=)and of course took some pictures=)

after bbqed, we went back to our room, and started our own partyy=) with lots of junk food, and noise, and hui yi and poh earn came and bumped in,and slept in our room that night..and we discovered smth, all of us using sony errikson phone.yohoooo!!except hui yi.kesiannnn.
