day 3.

we woke up, as usual..635am..xiang woke us up.sighh.shes our abu=)the first to wake up, clean up, and to wake us up..and you know, yee mun the last to wake up.always.betul betul macam babi.=)OK yeah so we got ready.me and xiang were a bit scared coz we kinda knew what was ahead of us..hell!!!!jogging along the beach again..telematch..blurpy..crocodile walk..specific stretching..i was kinda grumpy Dy, but never mind..last day training=)haha..so we went down..did the same thing, negaraku and tenets of taekwondo..some stretching and hit the beach ,not to dip but to jog.but this time, only half kilometre.very short.we jogged the other half of the beach.it was OK.when we reached, we too ka group picture.

after tracking, it was specific stretching.this is actually kicking.just basic kicks, without jumping and power.jut to stretch legs.so each group was in charge of one kick.in charge means.we lead, everyone follow, then after 20 kicks, we run to the back and continue..so my group was the first, and guess what was it?punch.hehehehheheeh..so yeah after punch, was turning kick, back trust, crescent kick, reverse, and went on, last was star jump!

after this was telematch.this was hard, CZ we had to do crocodile walk, in the sand.can u imagine how difficult was that?really die.my partner was xiang..then after crocodile walk was blurpy..blurpy is smth like push up, but u jump up and stretch after doing the push up, no u don't actually do a push up, you just be in push up position, then you stretch your leg, then jump. i know you don't understand.well never mind, that's called blurpy!=)after that, we had to gather and next itinerary was jungle tracking..we were already drained out, but Elaine told me this jungle is OK, if we could tahan Cameron's gunung jasa, this is OK, so i felt relieved!!so we started the "journey"..not bad, but what freaked me out was, we had to cross the moving bridge. you know those bridge where will move when u walk?freaking scary.and i was walking in front of sir, he purposely move behind.so freaky.!!but we crossed it=)

we were the last to reach back our resort..yeah kononnya group leaders(me xiang and yeem un) hahahahah cz we were busy taking pictures..typical la.lol.balik resort take some more pictures.=P


oh yeah, yee mun also kena gigit pacak...muahahahha.luckily not on her breast.muhahahahha.ifthe leach sucked there, sure very full one!=Psorry r yee mun..muahahhahahaha...

after we were back to rows, sir said we could go to the beach.yohooooo!!!we din really follow the time table above cz the sight seeing was pushed to the next day..so sir said we could go dip for a while.bout 1 hour=)yohoooo!!!

din take much pictures in beach cz none of us brought camera..and we din even stay long cz there were sea urchins..very painful.all of us kean, but think not deep, cz i too felt smth poke, and sir checked, it was sea urchins. so we only spent 15 minutes in the water..=(

after beach, sir said we mandi and after this was refree course taken over by sir tony.so we too ka shower and at 1245 we gathered outside for referee course.
